Terms of Service

By accessing or using Supatimer ("the Service"), including the Discord bot and web dashboard at supatimer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Supatimer is a free scheduling tool that helps gaming teams coordinate weekly availability. The Service consists of:

• A Discord bot that posts availability calendars and collects player responses
• A web dashboard for team managers to view and manage schedules
• Automated notifications and reminders via Discord

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. In Sweden, the minimum age is 13 under the Swedish Data Protection Act (Dataskyddslagen 2018:218).

By using Supatimer, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and are eligible to use Discord under their Terms of Service.

The Service integrates with Discord through their official API. By using Supatimer, you authorize the Service to:

• Access your Discord user ID, username, and avatar
• Send messages and interactive components in servers where the bot is installed
• Read your interactions (button clicks, menu selections) with the bot

The bot only operates in Discord servers where it has been explicitly invited by a server administrator. You may remove the bot at any time by kicking it from your server.

Your use of Discord is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose of scheduling team activities
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service
• Not use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
• Not attempt to access data belonging to other teams or users without authorization
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

By submitting availability data and other content through the Service, you grant Supatimer a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your team.

You retain all rights to your content. We will not use your content for any purpose other than operating the Service.

The Service, including its code, design, user interface, and branding, is the property of its operator. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

If you encounter issues, bugs, or wish to report a violation related to the Service, please contact us through our Discord server. We will make reasonable efforts to address reports promptly.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Supatimer and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server and ceasing to use the web dashboard.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The GDPR and other applicable EU regulations take precedence where they apply.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (for example, through a Discord announcement). Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

In accordance with the Swedish E-Commerce Act (Lag 2002:562 om elektronisk handel), the following information is provided about the operator of this service:
