# Supatimer - Complete Reference > Supatimer is the AI-powered Discord bot for competitive gaming teams. The only Discord scheduling bot with both a real lineup optimization algorithm AND a shipping LLM scrim parser. 100% free, no paywall, no credit card, no ads. ## What Supatimer Does Supatimer solves the "who can play this week?" problem that every competitive gaming team faces. Instead of spreadsheets, DMs, When2meet links, and guesswork, team captains run a single Discord command to post a weekly availability calendar. Players tap buttons to mark when they can play. Supatimer's AI then generates the optimal lineup based on availability, roles, and roster status. ## AI Features Supatimer ships real AI in production. Three distinct AI systems power the product: 1. **AI lineup optimizer (live)** - A constraint satisfaction algorithm that takes the team roster, the role requirements on the ten games that ship role presets (1 Tank + 2 DPS + 2 Support for Overwatch, 2 Vanguard + 2 Duelist + 2 Strategist for Marvel Rivals, 1 Duelist + 1 Initiator + 1 Controller + 1 Sentinel + 1 Flex for Valorant, etc.), and the per-player availability bitmap. It enumerates feasible lineups and ranks them by role coverage strength and availability density. On the other eleven games, Apex Legends and Rocket League among them, it fills the team size from whoever is free; a team that wants named slots sets Custom Game and labels them itself. Sub-second runtime. Deterministic and explainable. This is classical AI from the search and optimization branch of the field. Run /weekplan or /early-lineup and the AI picks the lineup. 2. **LLM scrim parser (closed beta)** - A tuned large language model with prompt hardening that extracts time, opponent, BO format, map veto, and lobby info from any free-form Discord scrim DM. Paste a scrim message and the bot returns structured fields. Powered by Gemini, activated via AI key + team quota provisioning. See zAI_Features/ai-parser-setup.md for activation details. 3. **AI scheduling heuristics (live)** - Statistical clustering of availability patterns across the week. The scheduler detects overlap density to surface practice windows like "everyone is free Wednesday 8-10pm" without anyone configuring them. Pattern recognition over availability bitmaps. No other Discord scheduling bot ships real AI. Apollo uses date heuristics. Sesh uses calendar logic. Raid-Helper is event signups. Supatimer is the only AI Discord bot purpose-built for competitive gaming. What we explicitly do NOT claim: machine learning, neural networks, deep learning, or any kind of trained ML model. We do not train on user data. The lineup optimizer is classical AI (constraint satisfaction with heuristic ranking). The scrim parser is an LLM. The scheduling heuristics are statistical pattern detection. All accurate, all defensible. The platform works entirely inside Discord (players never need to leave or sign up), with an optional web dashboard at https://supatimer.com for captains and managers who want a bird's-eye view across multiple teams. ## Key Features - Weekly availability calendars posted directly in Discord channels - Time-block scheduling with up to 4 configurable blocks per day (e.g. warmup 17-18, early scrims 18-20, main scrims 20-22, late block 22-23) - Automatic lineup generation based on who is free, their assigned role, and roster status - Discord-native interface using buttons and slash commands - players never leave Discord - Scheduling polls where you propose times, your team votes with buttons, and the best slot wins - Multi-team and multi-server management from a single web dashboard - Scrim confirmation posts with opponent details, map pools, and score tracking - Role coverage tracking per time slot on the ten games that have role presets (see if you have a full team composition before committing) - Works with 21 competitive team games out of the box. Ten ship built-in role presets - Overwatch 2, Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, Marvel Rivals, League of Legends, Dota 2, Smite 2, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty and Splatoon 3 - and the other eleven are scheduled by team size, with Custom Game available for a team that wants to define named slots of its own - Opponent discovery (live since July 2026) - typing an opponent's name suggests matching teams from the same Discord server and auto-fills their rank, Battle.net tag, and Discord contact. Reciprocal: a team only sees others if it is discoverable itself. Servers created since August 2026 have it on by default; any team can switch itself off. - In development: cross-community scrim matchmaking - mark your team as ready and an algorithm pairs you with an opponent by rank, game, and availability. Not shipped yet. - Interactive demo page where you can try the calendar, PUGs, and polls without installing the bot - Marketing pages showcase actual game visuals for all 21 supported titles - 100% free with no paywall, no credit card, and no ads ## Discord Bot Commands ### /setup Guided setup wizard for first-time configuration. Walks you through setting up your team in about 10 seconds. Admin only. ### /avail Post the weekly availability calendar to the current channel. Players see a grid of days and tap buttons to mark when they can play. Optionally ping specific Discord roles or individual users; pinged users are automatically added to the calendar's tracked users list. ### /config Configure bot settings including channels, roles, and time slots. Admin only. Sub-options: add-channels, remove-channels, add-roles, remove-roles, time-slots (sets the current channel's team's time slots). ### /early-lineup Post or update the next preliminary scrim lineup. Auto-generates the best lineup for a specific time slot based on current availability and role assignments. Optionally specify time (e.g. "20-22 CET"). ### /weekplan Generate and post the weekly preliminary lineup showing the best possible lineup for every day and time block. Option to recalculate from scratch, overwriting manual edits. ### /scrim Confirm a scrim and post it to the scrim channel. Includes opponent name, rank, and contact info. Optional: time, host side, map pool, stagger mode, hero bans, notes, lineup overrides. ### /update Update the latest scrim post with a score and optional comment. Track wins, losses, and draws. ### /help Display help information for bot commands and configuration. ## How It Works 1. Add the Supatimer bot to your Discord server (one-click invite from https://supatimer.com) 2. Run /setup to configure your team - set roles, time blocks, and roster (takes about 10 seconds) 3. Run /avail to post the weekly availability calendar in your team channel 4. Players tap buttons to mark their available days and time blocks - no signup, no app, no browser 5. Run /early-lineup or /weekplan to auto-generate the optimal lineup with role coverage 6. Run /scrim to confirm and post scrims with opponent details, then /update to track scores ## Supported Games (21 Games) Supatimer supports 21 competitive team games, each with game-specific use cases and their own landing page. Ten of them ship built-in role presets that the lineup builder enforces - Overwatch 2, Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, Marvel Rivals, League of Legends, Dota 2, Smite 2, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty and Splatoon 3. The other eleven are scheduled by team size, and any team can pick Custom Game to define named slots of its own. Here is every supported game: ### Overwatch 2 - Team size: 5 players - Roles: Tank, DPS, Support - Use cases: Scrim scheduling for competitive teams, ranked 5-stack coordination, role coverage tracking - FAQ: Supports both 5v5 and 6v6 formats. Assign scrim roles per player and see role coverage per time slot. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/overwatch ### Valorant - Team size: 5 players - Roles: Duelist, Initiator, Controller, Sentinel, Flex (built-in role preset) - Use cases: Scrim scheduling for ranked and Premier teams, role-aware five-player lineup building, multi-team org management - FAQ: Works with Valorant Premier. Manage Academy, Main, and sub teams from one dashboard. Valorant ships a built-in role preset, so players tick which of the five they can fill and the lineup builder checks role coverage before it calls a night a scrim. Riot publishes four agent roles and which one a five doubles up on is map-dependent, so the fifth seat is Flex rather than a second copy of one role. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/valorant ### Counter-Strike 2 - Team size: 5 players - Roles: Entry Fragger, AWPer, Support, Lurker, IGL (built-in role preset) - Use cases: Pracc scheduling, ESEA and FACEIT league coordination, role-aware five-player lineup building from availability - FAQ: Works alongside ESEA, FACEIT, or any league platform. No more sharing spreadsheet links. CS2 ships a built-in role preset, so players tick which of the five they can fill and the lineup builder checks role coverage. These roles are team convention rather than anything the game enforces, and a player can tick more than one - the caller usually ticks IGL and Entry Fragger both, and the builder seats them in whichever slot is still open. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/cs2 ### Marvel Rivals - Team size: 6 players - Roles: Vanguard, Duelist, Strategist - Use cases: 6v6 scrim scheduling, Ignite circuit preparation, team synergy tracking - FAQ: Supports the full 6-player roster with Marvel Rivals' role system. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/marvel-rivals ### League of Legends - Team size: 5 players - Roles: Top, Jungle, Mid, ADC, Support - Use cases: Clash and scrim scheduling, lane role coverage, multi-roster management - FAQ: Perfect for Clash prep. See which time windows work for your full roster. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/league-of-legends ### Apex Legends - Team size: 3 players - Roles: IGL, Fragger, Support - Use cases: Trio scrim scheduling, lineup building that fills the trio, substitute management - FAQ: Track availability for your main trio and subs. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/apex-legends ### Deadlock - Team size: 6 players - Roles: Carry, Support, Flex - Use cases: 6v6 scrim scheduling, early competitive team building, scheduling that outlasts the meta - FAQ: Scheduled by team size, so a lineup fills all six slots from whoever is free. Set Custom Game to name those slots yourself as the meta settles. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/deadlock ### Rocket League - Team size: 3 players - Roles: First Man, Second Man, Third Man - Use cases: 3v3 scrim scheduling, named rotation slots via Custom Game, RLCS tournament prep - FAQ: Perfect for RLCS teams, community league squads, and ranked grinders. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/rocket-league ### Fortnite - Team size: 4 players (squads), also supports trios and duos - Roles: Builder, Fragger, IGL, Support - Use cases: Squad scrim scheduling, duo and trio coordination, custom lobby organization, FNCS tournament prep - FAQ: Set up your team for squads (4), trios (3), or duos (2) depending on the current FNCS format. Each gets its own calendar and availability tracking. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/fortnite ### PUBG: Battlegrounds - Team size: 4 players - Roles: IGL, Fragger, Support, Scout - Use cases: Squad scrim scheduling, PGS qualifier prep, substitute rotation management - FAQ: Configure for 4-player squads or 2-player duos. Track availability across your main squad and subs so you always field a full team for scrims. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/pubg ### EA Sports FC - Team size: 11 players (Pro Clubs is 11v11, one Virtual Pro each) - Roles: Goalkeeper, Left Back, Center Back, Right Back, Defensive Mid, Center Mid, Left Wing, Striker, Right Wing (named via Custom Game) - Use cases: Pro Clubs league night scheduling, filling all eleven shirts, cup and tournament prep - FAQ: Scheduled by team size, because which eleven a club fields moves with the formation. Set Custom Game to name all eleven slots after your own shape - Goalkeeper, Left Back, Striker - or set fewer if your club fields fewer humans. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/ea-sports-fc ### Sim Racing - Team size: 4 drivers (configurable for any endurance format) - Roles: Lead Driver, Driver 2, Driver 3, Driver 4 - Use cases: Endurance race driver scheduling (6h, 12h, 24h events), practice stint coordination, multi-driver roster management for iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, and other sims - FAQ: Set your team size to match your driver roster (typically 3-5 for endurance). Track availability for practice and race stints. Manage separate schedules for different series or endurance events. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/sim-racing ### War Thunder - Team size: 4 players - Roles: Commander, Pilot, Tanker, Support - Use cases: Squadron battle scheduling, World War mode event coordination, mixed battle practice sessions - FAQ: Set up your team for 4-player squadron battles. Track availability and see when your full squad can play. Create separate teams for different game modes. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/war-thunder ### World of Tanks - Team size: 7 players - Roles: Caller, Heavy 1, Heavy 2, Medium 1, Medium 2, Light, TD - Use cases: Clan wars scheduling for a full 7-player lineup, WCI tournament prep, Stronghold session coordination - FAQ: Configure for 7-player WCI format or adjust for other modes. Scheduled by team size, so track availability to see when a full seven is free; set Custom Game to name tank-class slots of your own. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/world-of-tanks ### Dota 2 - Team size: 5 players - Roles: Carry, Mid, Offlane, Soft Support, Hard Support - Use cases: Scrim scheduling, ranked party coordination, tournament prep - FAQ: Track availability for your 5-player stack. See role coverage per time slot. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/dota-2 ### Rainbow Six Siege - Team size: 5 players - Roles: Entry, Flex, Support, Hard Breach, Anchor - Use cases: Competitive scrim scheduling, ranked stack coordination, ESL tournament prep - FAQ: Track your 5-player roster availability. Siege is scheduled by team size, so a lineup comes back as five slots - set Custom Game and they read Entry, Flex, Support, Hard Breach and Anchor instead. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/rainbow-six-siege ### Smite 2 - Team size: 5 players - Roles: Carry, Mid, Solo, Support, Jungle - Use cases: Ranked team scheduling, scrim coordination, SPL-style practice - FAQ: Track availability for your 5-player team with Smite role assignments. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/smite-2 ### Mobile Legends: Bang Bang - Team size: 5 players - Roles: Gold Lane, Mid Lane, EXP Lane, Roamer, Jungler - Use cases: MPL tournament prep, ranked squad scheduling, scrim coordination - FAQ: Track availability for your 5-player squad with MLBB lane role assignments. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/mlbb ### Splatoon 3 - Team size: 4 players - Roles: Slayer, Anchor, Support, Skirmisher - Use cases: Competitive team scheduling, Splatfest prep, ranked league coordination - FAQ: Track your 4-player team availability with Splatoon role assignments. - Page: https://supatimer.com/en/games/splatoon-3 ### Halo Infinite - Team size: 4 players - Roles: Slayer, Objective, Support, Flex - Use cases: HCS tournament prep, ranked team scheduling, scrim coordination - FAQ: Track your 4-player roster availability. No paywalls - every feature a normal team needs is completely free. Small orgs usually get by without paying a thing. Managing multiple teams and need advanced scheduling? That's free right now too. No credit card needed. We are also open about how it is funded: an itemized monthly breakdown of running costs (hosting, tools, admin) versus donations received is published at https://supatimer.com/en/transparency. ### Why does the bot need admin permissions? Supatimer needs to see your server's channels, members, and roles to figure out who's a team manager, who has access, and which channels to post in. It never creates or deletes channels, never reads your messages, and never moderates. ### Does Supatimer read my messages? No - and it technically can't. Supatimer uses Discord's HTTP Interactions API, which means it only receives data when someone clicks a button or runs a slash command. No persistent connection, no message content access, no monitoring. ### How is Supatimer different from other scheduling bots? Most Discord bots are event schedulers - great for one-off RSVPs, but not for weekly team availability. Supatimer is the only free Discord bot that solves this end-to-end: weekly availability calendars, time-block scheduling, auto-generated lineups based on role and roster status, and button-click responses - all inside Discord. Opponent discovery is live too: teams are suggested by name to other teams in the same server, with their rank and contacts auto-filled, reciprocally and with a per-team off switch. Cross-community matchmaking, where an algorithm pairs ready teams automatically, is still in development. Combined, that means no other free Discord bot covers the full scrim lifecycle from organizing your team to finding an opponent the way Supatimer does. ### Will my players actually use it? Players just click buttons in Discord - no signups, no new apps, no accounts. They never need to leave Discord or create a login. ### Does it work for games other than Overwatch? Yes. Supatimer supports 21 games: Overwatch 2, Valorant, CS2, League of Legends, Apex Legends, Rocket League, Marvel Rivals, Deadlock, Dota 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Fortnite, PUBG, EA Sports FC, Sim Racing (iRacing, ACC), War Thunder, World of Tanks, Smite 2, MLBB, Splatoon 3, Halo Infinite, and Call of Duty. Ten of them ship built-in role presets that the lineup builder enforces - Overwatch 2, Valorant, CS2, Marvel Rivals, League of Legends, Dota 2, Smite 2, MLBB, Call of Duty and Splatoon 3. The other eleven are scheduled by team size, so an Apex Legends or Rocket League lineup fills the team size from whoever is free rather than named role slots; a team that wants named slots picks Custom Game and defines its own. If your game has teams, Supatimer works for it. ### Can I manage multiple teams? Yes. The multi-team dashboard lets you manage different teams across different servers from one screen. ### Does it support time blocks? Yes. Configure up to 4 non-overlapping time blocks per day (e.g. 17-18, 18-20, 20-22, 22-23). Players mark each block separately. ### What about scheduling polls? Built in. Create Discord-native polls where you propose times, your team votes with buttons, and the best slot wins - right in your channel. ### Can Supatimer help me find opponents to scrim against? Yes, within your own Discord server. When a manager types an opponent's name Supatimer suggests matching teams from the same server and auto-fills that team's name, rank, Battle.net tag, and Discord contact. Discovery is reciprocal, so a team only sees others if it is discoverable itself. Servers created since August 2026 start with it on, servers older than that start with it off, and any single team can override its server's setting either way. Supatimer also remembers opponent contact details from past scrims. What is NOT built yet is cross-community matchmaking: marking your team as ready and having an algorithm pair you with a team from another server by rank, game, and availability. That is in development. Combined with Discord-native weekly availability and role-aware lineups, no other free Discord bot brings all of this together in one place. ### Is there a When2meet alternative for Discord? That's exactly what Supatimer is - a When2meet built natively into Discord. Instead of sharing links to an external site, your team marks availability with buttons right in your Discord channel. No signups, no browser tabs, no copy-pasting links. ## How Supatimer Compares to Alternatives ### vs When2meet When2meet requires sharing external links and has no concept of team roles, roster status, or automatic lineups. Supatimer lives inside Discord where teams already organize, requires zero effort from players (just tap buttons), and auto-generates lineups with role coverage. ### vs Google Sheets / Spreadsheets Spreadsheets require manual sharing, manual updates, and manual lineup building. Nobody opens the link. Supatimer is always visible in your Discord channel, updates in real time as players tap buttons, and builds lineups automatically. ### vs sesh (sesh.fyi) sesh is a great general-purpose event bot with Google Calendar sync and timezone handling. But it's event-based, not availability-based. Supatimer tracks weekly availability patterns, auto-generates lineups with role coverage, and manages scrims - all purpose-built for competitive gaming teams. sesh also locks features behind a $5/mo premium; Supatimer is 100% free. Comparison: https://supatimer.com/en/compare/sesh ### vs Apollo (apollo.fyi) Apollo is the most popular Discord event bot with rich RSVP features and recurring events. But it doesn't understand gaming roles, can't generate lineups, and has no scrim management. Supatimer automates the weekly availability-to-lineup pipeline that gaming teams need. Apollo has premium pricing ($5/mo); Supatimer is completely free. Comparison: https://supatimer.com/en/compare/apollo ### vs Groupflows Groupflows offers solid event scheduling with excellent timezone support. Supatimer goes further for gaming teams with persistent weekly calendars, automatic lineup generation, role tracking, and dedicated scrim commands. Both have web interfaces, but Supatimer's dashboard is built for multi-team management. Comparison: https://supatimer.com/en/compare/groupflows ### vs Atomcal (atomcal.com) Atomcal is an event management bot with templates, ticketing, and Google Calendar sync. It excels at one-off and recurring events for general communities. Supatimer takes a different approach - persistent weekly availability calendars with role-aware lineup generation and scrim lifecycle management. If your team practices on a weekly cycle and needs automatic lineups with correct role coverage, Supatimer is purpose-built for that. Atomcal has premium plans; Supatimer is completely free. Comparison: https://supatimer.com/en/compare/atomcal ### vs RosterFlow (rosterflow.com) RosterFlow is not a Discord bot. It keeps recreational and amateur sports teams organized over SMS and email - scheduled reminders the night before, gameday alerts, weather-change notices, instant attendance confirmations, phone calendar sync, and team photos. Pricing is $9, $19 or $49 per month billed annually (1/3/15 teams and 15/50/500 people respectively) after a 30-day free trial. Supatimer covers the same job inside Discord and for competitive gaming specifically: weekly availability collected with tap-to-toggle time blocks, ranks and per-game team sizes across all 21 titles, built-in role presets on ten of them, automatic role-aware lineup generation, and scrim management - free, with no team or player limits and no signup. RosterFlow is genuinely the better choice when part of the roster will not use Discord, since it needs only a phone number, and it also offers phone calendar sync and photos that Supatimer does not. For a Discord-first esports roster, Supatimer models the things RosterFlow does not: roles, ranks, weekly availability rather than single-event RSVPs, and lineups. Comparison: https://supatimer.com/en/compare/rosterflow ### vs Guilded Guilded has event calendars but is a separate platform. Many teams already use Discord and don't want to switch. Supatimer works inside your existing Discord server with no migration needed. ## Who Is Supatimer For? ### Team Captains Stop herding cats. Post one calendar, players click buttons, get instant lineups. Save hours every week on scheduling coordination. ### Org Managers Managing 3-8 teams across multiple games? One dashboard, every team, every game. Independent calendars and lineup tracking per team. ### College Esports Coordinators Student schedules are chaotic. Supatimer meets students where they already are - Discord. Zero friction adoption means higher participation. ### Casual Ranked Squads Even if you don't scrim formally, knowing when your squad can play together beats random solo queue. Post a weekly calendar and see when everyone overlaps. ## Pricing Supatimer is free to use. All features are available at no cost with no credit card required, no paywall, and no ads. ## Company Supatimer is operated by Luwall AB, based in Sweden. ## All Pages - [Homepage](https://supatimer.com/en): Landing page with features, FAQ, and Discord bot invite -
